What you get
Three rewards, and the exact number that unlocks each one
Only paying customers move the count. Each reward is applied to your account on its own, the moment the number is reached — you never have to claim it.
500 extra tasks a month
Your monthly task allowance goes up by 500 for the next 90 days. Starter goes from 500 to 1,000. Pro goes from 2,000 to 2,500. Scale goes from 10,000 to 10,500. After 90 days it returns to normal.
A month of your plan, covered
We put the price of your plan — €99 on Starter, €279 on Pro, €599 on Scale — onto your billing balance, and it comes off your next invoice. You do not have to claim it or ask for it.
A permanent move up a plan
Your account moves up one plan and stays there, at the price you are already paying: Starter becomes Pro, Pro becomes Scale. If you are already on Scale there is no higher plan, so this last one has nothing to give you.

How it works
Four steps, and none of them need our permission
There is nothing to apply for and nobody to email. The link is already waiting in your account.
Open your own account
The referral programme runs inside Stedral, so it starts with your own account. Create one, then go to Dashboard, then Settings.
Press Generate Referral Code
You get a code that looks like DXH-A1B2C3D4, and a link with that code on the end. It is yours permanently — the same link works for everyone you ever send.
Share the link
Anywhere you like — a message, an email, a post, your own website. When somebody opens Stedral through it, we remember that on their device for 90 days.
They sign up and pay
They open their own account through your link and choose a plan. When their first payment goes through, the referral counts and your reward is applied to your account automatically.
What counts — and what does not.
A referral programme is only worth joining if you can tell in advance whether something will count. So here are both lists, in full, on the same page.
This counts
- They opened their own account using your link.
- They signed up first and paid afterwards, in that order.
- They pay with the same email address they signed up with.
- The same link works for any number of people — there is no limit on how many you send.
This does not
- Referring yourself. It is blocked when the account is created.
- Someone who pays without ever signing up through your link — there is nothing to match it to.
- A signup that never becomes a payment. Signups on their own move nothing.
- Anything in cash. There is no commission, no bank transfer and no payout.
One thing worth saying plainly, because other programmes tend to bury it: the order matters. Somebody has to arrive through your link and create their account before they pay. If they pay first and only later turn out to have heard about us from you, there is nothing on record connecting the two, and it cannot be credited afterwards.
Referral questions
Do I get paid money for a referral?
No. There is no cash commission, no bank transfer and no payout. Every reward is applied to your own Stedral account instead — extra tasks each month, a month of your plan covered, or a permanent move up a plan.
Does the person I refer get anything?
Not from the referral programme. The reward goes to you, not to them. They pay the normal published price for whichever plan they pick.
When does a referral actually count?
When the person you sent becomes a paying customer. They have to open their own account through your link first, and then pay using the same email address they signed up with. A signup on its own never counts, and someone who pays without ever having signed up through your link cannot be matched back to you.
How long does my link stay valid?
The link itself does not expire. What has a time limit is the memory: after someone opens Stedral through your link, it is remembered on their device for 90 days. If they create their account inside that window, it is credited to you.
Where do I find my link?
Inside the app: Dashboard, then Settings, then the Referral program box, then Generate Referral Code. The same screen shows who you have referred so far and which rewards have been applied.
Can I resell Stedral or put my own brand on it?
No. Stedral is not resold and there is no rebranded or white-label version. Every account is opened and held by the business that uses it. The referral programme is the way to be rewarded for bringing someone in.
Does this work if I am on the free plan?
The rewards are built around a paid plan. On the free plan the extra tasks are not added to your allowance, a covered month is worth the price of a plan you are not paying for, and the upgrade step only moves between the three paid plans. Refer while you are on a plan and all three are worth something.
Can I refer myself?
No. Referring your own account is blocked when the account is created. And because nothing counts until someone actually pays, opening extra accounts to push the number up would mean paying for them — which is exactly why the count is tied to payment rather than to signups.
